The number of .SE domains has now reached an historic level, the one millionth being tolkutbildning.se, which was registered via .SE’s registrar, City Network Hosting AB.

.SE currently accounts for about 75 percent of the net growth of the Swedish domain market. In 2009, .SE had a total market share of 58 percent, and among companies with ten employees or more, with own domain names, 89 percent had a .SE domain.
Last year, 87 percent of all Swedish companies with no fewer than ten employees had a website. This is reflected in the fact that two thirds of the .SE domains are registered by companies.
